Overview
Oxshott is situated south of London and is one of the most popular villages of Surrey, offering great country living with close connections to the city.
This particular project included the design and build of a large extension to the south east side which provided two new bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a double garage.
To improve the living arrangements and increase light into the building, a large glass walled living room that gave panoramic views of the garden were also installed, resulting in a modern and contemporary living space.
The interior of the existing house was also re-ordered to provide an extended kitchen-dining area, new hall way and landings as well as a granny annex to the north of the property.
Modern building and insulation materials were used to ensure the house retained as much heat as possible.
